Yes. Commercial cleaning and most maintenance is scheduled early morning, evening or weekend so your staff and customers are never working around us. For occupied homes and rentals we work to your calendar instead, including same-day changeovers between one occupant and the next.

Routine work is usually booked within a few days, and clients on a recurring plan hold a standing slot so their visit is never competing for a spot. Same-day response is standard for anything urgent — an active leak, a failure that stops a business trading, or a changeover that has to happen before the next occupant moves in.

Yes. We work with owners of a single property and with managers running a residential or commercial portfolio. You get one point of contact, consolidated scheduling across every address, and a single monthly invoice rather than a separate arrangement for each site.

Yes — all cleaning products, equipment, and the specialist gear for restoration work such as air movers, dehumidifiers and HEPA air scrubbers. Linens, towels and consumables such as restroom and break-room supplies can be supplied and managed by us, or we can work from the stock you already hold.

Both are available and neither requires a long-term contract. Many clients start with a single deep clean or a repair job, then move to a recurring schedule once they have seen the standard. Recurring clients get priority scheduling and locked-in rates.

Call or message us and we respond the same day for anything that stops a home being livable or a business being open — no hot water, no heat or air conditioning, an active leak, a failed lock or a lockout. We fix it where we can, stabilise it where we cannot, and tell you exactly what we found and what it will take.

Active damage — a burst pipe, storm intrusion, fire or flooding — is treated as an emergency and gets a rapid on-site assessment, at a home or a commercial premises. We take immediate steps to limit the spread first, document the condition thoroughly for your insurer, and agree the full scope once the property is stable.

Cleaning is quoted as a flat rate based on the size of the property and the scope of work, so you know the cost of a visit before you book — including recurring commercial contracts, which are priced per visit rather than by the hour. Repair and restoration work is quoted in writing after an assessment. We do not add charges after the fact without agreeing them with you first.
