Revival Home NC was built for the owners and managers who were tired of chasing three different vendors to keep one property running.
Our Story
Built out of the gap between three trades
Buildings do not fail because of one big thing. They fail because of a slow accumulation of small ones — a clean that ran short, a bulb nobody replaced, a shower that has been re-caulked twice and needs doing properly, a leak that sat behind a cabinet for a month before anyone noticed. It is the same story in a family home, an office suite and a storefront.
Owners and managers are usually left holding three separate relationships to prevent all that: a cleaning company that will not touch a repair, a handyman who is booked three weeks out, and a restoration company they only ever call in an emergency. Coordinating them is a job in itself, and it is a job that falls to whoever is responsible for the property — often while running everything else at the same time.
We built Revival Home NC to close that gap. One team that cleans the property, keeps it maintained, and restores it when something goes wrong. The crew that cleans your building is the same crew that notices what is starting to fail — and can actually fix it. That is the whole idea, and everything about how we schedule, document and report follows from it.
We are based in North Carolina and we work here. We know when peak hits in the mountains and at the coast, what salt air and mountain damp do to a building over a season, and how fast word travels when a local business gets let down.

Jonathan Brown, Jr.
Jonathan runs Revival Home NC on a simple principle: the person who cleans a property should care about it the way an owner does. That means noticing the things nobody was asked to look at, saying so when something needs attention, and never signing off on a property that is not genuinely ready to be used.
